License Agreement

By downloading or using any Images from iart.top, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the Images for private, public, commercial, and non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

All usage listed below includes unlimited universal print runs and digital impressions (even in outer space!). If any usage is not listed below, you may contact us to verify. Licensee may use the Images for, but not limited to:

• a. Advertising, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns;
• b. Websites, mobile applications, and digital media;
• c. Print media, such as magazines, newspapers, and books;
• d. Multimedia presentations, videos, and films;
• e. Product packaging and labels;
• f. Social media posts and content;
• g. Educational materials and presentations;
• h. Live broadcasting overlays and visuals;
• i. Billboards, signs, clothing;
• j. Email marketing campaigns and newsletters;
• k. Podcasts and audio content;
• l. Public relations materials, such as press releases and media kits;
• m. Corporate presentations, such as investor decks and annual reports;
• n. Infographics and data visualizations;
• o. Exhibitions and events materials;
• p. User manuals and instruction guides;
• q. Packaging inserts and promotional inserts;
• r. Merchandise and promotional items.

3. Prohibited Uses

Licensee is not permitted to:

• a. Sell, resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Images as standalone files or as part of an image library, stock image website, or similar product;
• b. Use the Images in a manner that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights;
• c. Use the Images in a way that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise violates applicable laws and regulations;
• d. Falsely represent or imply that Licensee is the original creator of the Images or any derivative work based on the Images.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Images. Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights in the Images or any derivative works created using the Images.

5. Exclusive Use

Exclusive Use License purchase grants the buyer exclusive rights to use the image and removes it from the site, while allowing any previous purchasers to continue to use it.

Custom Request Use

Any custom pack requests come with a custom request use license which guarentees the images pack are exclusive to the user who requested it and will not be made available for anyone else. You may request a custom pack today!
